Yarn dying and purchasing

We have a wide range set up for dying and sources of acquiring the good quality yarn department for manufacturing knitted t-shirts. Sourcing a good quality yarn is a basic parameter of making comfortable and durable knitted t-shirts for consumers.

T-shirt Designing & sampling

Our designers received the design concepts from the manager. This includes logos, patterns, or any other artwork that will be printed or embroidered on the t-shirts as well as measurements, color patterns, and artwork positioning.

Knitting from machine

We have the latest technology automated 3-system t-shirt knitting machinery. Which have the capacity of knitting any kind of taught design and good textile structure of fabrics for t-shirts.

Interlocking

Knitted fabrics are then goes for linking machines, where our linking machine operators stitch them together by design and pattern. Linking machines are set up with unique stitching processes and thread colors.

Washing

We have a capacity of heavy-duty knitting t-shirt washing machines ranging from 15 to 100 kg. which removes dirt, and spots that have occurred during the manufacturing process. In this phase, we develop softness in t-shirts.
